Apple and Orion love movies.
After debating the relative merits of several movies, they realized that their conversation had taken a life of its own. Like waffle batter, it had solidified and swollen into a delicious beast from an initial state of sticky, liquidy worthlessness.
Thus, Waffle Reviews was born.
And eaten.
But mostly born.
Apple is a student of Genetics, Molecular Biology, and Creative Writing. Her favorite movies include “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”, “Princess Mononke”, and “The Godfather”. Orion is a student of Journalism and Law. His favorite movies include “Lord of the Rings”, “Ratatouille”, “Up”, and “Spirited Away”.
Together, they strive to provide readers with witty banter, insightful thoughts, and overall pleasant reviews.
June 2010 – Apple and Orion watch “Kick-Ass” and start reviewing!
July 24, 2010 – Apple and Orion purchase their own domain name, “http://appleandorion.com/”!
September 2010 – Apple and Orion are proud to be writing a weekly column for The Daily Northwestern!
